I feel like I havent talked in my journal in a while, so here I am. What projects have you guys been up to? Ive started working on my first large painting, and its going to involve glitter i love glitter hehe. So keep a look out for that!

Also I have recently decided to stop hoarding (one of my resolutions lol)so that means that instead of hiding all my old paintings and drawing in my closet I am going to part with them. If you are interested in purchasing any of my orginials contact me! Also I've been thinking about opening up comisions maybe? Contact me and let me know if your interested

I've also been thinking about starting a youtube channel. Like reviews, tutorials, and vlogs. Maybe follow around vlogs because I find those so interesting lol.

and I might get a tattoo, on my left writst, or back of my neck, something simple, classic, girly. Got any ideas?

At So-Vogue we are having a 'Chic Christmas'. The idea is to create a piece that you would see in a christmas addition of a magazine. If you only design clothing then lets see a great holiday outfit, dont be afraid to go a little haute couture! If you want to design a great holiday hair and makeup look, then we want to see that too! Be creative, and show your talents!

Rules:

You must be a member of the group! If you arent, just click the join button!
Your submission must have to incorportate the theme of 'Chic Christmas' and because this contest will go till the end of December you can choose to do a New Years look.
In the artists comment you must link back to the group (ie with our icon) as well as a link to this journal.

It must be a new work, uploaded as of today, December 8th, 2010.
You must submit your entry to the contest folder in the gallery.
You may submit more then one work, however you can only win once.

So today is nikkyila 's birthday, i just saw on her journal that she is sad because two groups did not accept her work into their group, and i felt really bad because well, she is a really great artist! Plus she is really new to DA, and i dont think that is a very good way to start here. I know im not a very popular person here on DA but i do like to share and feature deviants because I know how good it makes me feel to have someone feature me!

So if everyone who reads this journal plz go and check out nikkyila this is my absolute favourite piece of hers, and i have to say one of the best celebrity portraits I have seen in a while, not because its an exact replica, but because its different and unique, not really what you think of when someone says celebrity art.
